ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Order Processing: 

All in-stock items are shipped within 72 hours from the date of purchase. Orders placed on Saturday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

UK Delivery:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days from the date of shipment

Next-Day Delivery: 1-3 working days 

 

Internationally Delivery - 

  • Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada: 4-10 working days 

  • Rest Of The World: 10 -14 working days

Exchange & Returns:
We do not accept or offer any refunds. 

Products may be returned for exchange only within 14 days of the original purchase. Remedē Customer Care at 07933175520, remedyofficiallimited@gmail.com 

The product must be returned along with the original packaging including all labels and receipts. Due to our hygiene policy & COVID, all hair shouldn't be installed, washed, combed, coloured or have any extra products in it to obtain an exchange.

The product needs to be sent through tracked and signed delivery in order to ensure we receive it.

Proof of delivery needs to be sent also including a tracking number. 

Once your return is approved, it will be inspected and you will be notified that we have received your item. Your exchanged item will be confirmed and then shipped immediately. 

If the hair is not in its correct condition you'll NOT receive an exchange.
